Brenda B2024-08-09Mike is very personable, sincere, and straightforward with his answers. He's willing to answer questions. He seems to genuinely care about his clients. He also will offer (without needing to be asked) a discount if something goes wrong. His install of a split level AC no one else was even willing to install (as I bought it off Amazon not knowing that's not how it's typically done for these types of installs) went very nicely. He even came back to finish the job, ensuring it was done right. It's huge, yet he made it work. Thank you, Mike! He's the best electrician I've dealt with yet, and I'd recommend his services to anyone I know. I know that sounds like hyperbole, but he really is that kind of electrician. Just use his services once, then you'll understand why I'm recommending him.
april gill2024-07-16Nelson Electric does great work. We were in a pinch and needed a larger outdoor electrical job left incomplete by another electrician finished asap. Michael was able to fit us in and spent 2 days making sure everything was connected properly and in good working order. He saved our season and I have already called him to do more work at our home.

His estimation and quoting process was very detailed, so I felt clear on what to expect specifically. He walked me through several style options for overhead lighting before I settled on LED wafers lighting in a low-ceiling room. The whole job, which required some rewiring in the attic, was done in a day, and Mike left the room spotless. Mike is communicative, personable, and skilled. Highly recommended for a job well done using top-notch products.
