The actual service consisted of tracking down why one of my electrical heaters in my condo unit was not shutting off after the minimum room temperature had been achieved.  I had a run-away heating situation that had to be solved in a complex, two stage, thermostatically controlled environment; and Mike, figured out the system and discovered the reason for the run-away condition.  The problem was a bad relay control.  Mike is a first rate professional!  Mike installed the new upgraded relays, and all is working super!
